I recently was sent the OOriginal Black Thong Sandal to "Feel the OO" for myself. I can honestly say that I have never wore a sandal, let alone a "flip-flop" so comfortable.

I have circulation issues in my left leg due to a blood-clot and my feet hurt after a long period of time standing and/or walking. So when we recently had an all day family outing at an Auto Museum and Car Show, I thought I'd give my OOFOS the chance to make me feel better.  I brought along a pair of gym shoes because I had my doubts about walking around for eight hours in sandals. After a few hours, my boyfriend wanted me to change into my gym shoes because he knows how my feet get. Not a chance!  I wasn't taking these off for anything or anyone. They really are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn.  You really can feel as the shoe absorbs the shock when your feet hit the ground. 

I don't normally wear sandals that come between your toes. The material usually irritates and starts to pull. They also feel like they are going to fall off your feet. I find myself scrunching my toes to keep them in place. With OOFOS, I couldn't feel a thing between my toes and they fit so snug (but not tight at all) that they won't fall off. I even spent a lot of time running after my five year old and they didn't slip off once.

And the best part - my feet didn't hurt after walking all day. They felt refreshed and ready to walk some more. I am so impressed with my OOFOS and "Feel the OO" every time I wear them. I'm showning my age here, but I feel like dancing around singing "Walking on Sunshine" by Katrina and the Waves...they just give me that good a feeling.

The Stone Earth Pan by Ozeri

First of all, let me start by saying I love to cook, but I despise the clean-up. That is why it is so important to have awesome cooking utensils and cook ware.  This is the second product by Ozeri that I have had the pleasure of reviewing and I can honestly tell you, I absolutely love it!

The Stone Earth Pan utilizes a natural stone-derived coating from Germany called Stonehedge. It is also one of the world's first frying pans to achieve non-stick perfection. Here's the bonus...it is free of harmful chemicals. Using the stonehedge coating, no toxic substances are released when cooking. I wind up throwing many pots and pans away because I'm worried about that very thing.

Before cooking for the first time, it is recommended that you season your pan with a 1/2 teaspoon of olive or vegetable oil and wipe away all the excess oil. I've used this pan for a few weeks now and have not burnt or overcooked anything. Food does seem to cook much quicker, but also more evenly as the heat is distributed  equally across the bottom of the pan.

I let my teenager (who usually burns the pan and make a horrible mess of it) make macaroni and cheese to see if he could do it. Not only did he NOT burn my fabulous pan, all I had to do to clean it was wipe it with a towel. Obviously, I had to still wash it but no soaking or scrubbing at all.
