While I love the shift to colder weather, my skin really doesn’t appreciate it - at all! With the drop in temperatures I have really started to notice my elbows and feet are particularly dry. Of course I want my skin to stay fabulous all year, so I needed to find something that would return them to their soft smooth summertime state.

Monkey Balm is the perfect solution for dry winter skin. It’s also the perfect solution for a lot of skin ailments including: eczema, rosacea, sunburn, diaper rash, and dry/itchy/cracked skin. It is formulated for kids and babies, which means someone like me with really sensitive skin can use it without any irritation.

You can also feel good about using it, because it is made with organic sea buckthorn oils and other natural ingredients. It is preservative free, paraben free, sulfate free and cruelty free.

The applicator design makes it so easy to use, which I imagine is super handy when you are trying to apply it on a squirming little monkey. All you do it unscrew the cap and twist, then you are ready to rub it on. After applying I gently massaged it in.  The is a very subtle smell that is pleasant and barely noticeable.

I noticed an immediate difference in my extra-dry skin around the elbows. Within a week I had no more dry/itchy spots at all. That is really something special because my poor elbows get so dry that they will actually crack and bleed. The become so tender I usually have to resort to Band-Aids to keep my clothes from irritating them.

For my feet it only took one use to completely sort out the dryness. Just before bed I applied it to my heels and massaged it all over my feet and then put on socks and woke with lovely soft feet.  I’ve done this several times over the last few weeks just to pamper myself. I don’t think I’ve ever had my feet feel so soft and smooth.
