Review:

As I am sitting here my house is full of the amazing smell of white tea and cactus. This smells amazing! Such a light smell nothing too strong, it fills our house and it feels welcoming.

That fits right in with the warmer, the pineapple is a symbol of hospitality .


The warmer fits in with any room in our house, a light tan color it goes with everything. Our little ones are not attracted to a flame burning, it camouflages as a "lamp" that they should not touch :)


The scent last as an even burn , and out of all the scents she gave me my favorite was central park pralines. I love the smell for fall, it's warm and reminds me of home at thanksgiving or Christmas for the holidays.


I am impressed as this is the first time I have worked with Scentsy, I will be going back to get more bars, and when the kids are a little older I will be getting a wall plug in like the one I am giving away here today!

I do love a good parody. ‘Taming Holden Caulfield’ is a fun multi-level read that is sure to entertain most readers. I will start with a bit of a warning, if you can’t handle a few, and by a few I mean a lot, of swear words and find yourself easily offended you might better stick with something more mainstream. That said, wow, what a fun ride this was. There are three ways a reader can view this and perhaps a seasoned reader can enjoy all aspects and really take in the richness of the story. The first is as a parody as I previously said and as such it is just loads and loads of fun. I was so taken by surprise from the onset by the fast paced in your face style. The second is a little less fun, in fact more sobering and that is as a look at the sad state of just how dependant so many people have become on antidepressants. The third is often how I choose to read most books and that is just as a fun tale for nothing more than my amusement. It works really well from that angle because there is just so much to enjoy here. In addition to Caulfield there will be other names that are familiar to most readers but none of this ride will be familiar in that homey, comfortable way. My favorite, however, was one that was new on me, Selma. I love her honest, if not a little harsh, approach to everything. She is exactly how I imagine a true goth girl would be and I love her for it. Vaseline Total Moisture

There is nothing I find more luxurious than a good lotion, especially if it comes with a massage. I was fortunate enough to get a chance to try all three of the Total Moisture line from Vaseline. I went in with high expectations because it is a brand I use and love already. I didn’t expect to find that the three varieties offer a different experience beyond just having different smells which is what I fully expected.

Total Moisture, in the yellow bottle with pure oat extract is my new daily favorite. It is very light and totally absorbs leaving no greasy feeling at all. That seems to be very hard to come by lately. I almost get the feeling that companies are mistaking a left over film for moisture. At any rate there is none of that here all you are left with is soft touchable skin. It has no scent to speak of which works perfect for everyday use because you don’t have to worry with it fighting with against your perfume or body spray. After only a few days of use I noticed an overall improvement in the way my skin felt all day not just after the lotion was applied.

Aloe Fresh, in the green bottle with pure aloe is one step up in weight. It is still a very light lotion and one you could easily use every day. I used this one as my night time lotion since there a light scent that didn’t really complete my body spray. This one also totally absorbs leaving no film or anything other than a light fresh scent and soft smooth skin. I also notice that the scent didn’t linger so if you wanted to use a lotion a little heavier than the first you could effectively use this one if you allowed a little time for the scent to go away.

Cocoa Radiant, in the brown bottle with pure cocoa butter is a very luxurious lotion. This is the kind of lotion I like to use on a spa day or any day I just feel like I need a little extra pampering. It has that tropical beach smell that instantly carries me away from the days troubles. You can feel it is a bit thicker and your extra dry spots don’t stand a chance against it.
